This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging resident programs while also providing transportation support for residents.Responsibilities Activities & Programming Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting programs that support residents' physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-beingEncourage and engage residents to participate in activitiesPlan and facilitate daily programs, special events, and holiday celebrationsCoordinate events from start to finish (set-up, execution, breakdown)Organize and maintain an activities calendar and community newsletterMaintain activity spaces and supplies; manage inventoryCoordinate with other departments to support programming needsSupport memory care and mixed-group programming as applicableMeet with new residents to introduce programs and build engagementOrganize and support volunteer involvementOther duties as assignedTransportation & Driver Provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and appointmentsAssist residents in and out of vehicles, including mobility supportSecure wheelchairs and ensure passenger safetyMaintain vehicles (cleaning, fueling, basic inspections)Document vehicle condition and support compliance (registration, licensing)Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred)1–3 years of experience in activities, hospitality, or senior living preferredMust be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving recordCDL may be required based on community needsStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiencesAbout the Role This is a hands-on, resident-facing position that combines programming and transportation , ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with residents and being involved in daily community life.Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferredPassion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and customer service skillsCDL may be required based on community needsMust be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving recordIf having a direct impact on the lives of others is appealing to you, apply today and join our team!EOE D/V
