Ideal for someone who enjoys building real products and seeing them reach the market.ResponsibilitiesLead product development from concept to productionCollaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing on requirementsPerform technical analysis and feasibility studiesCreate and maintain design, testing, and validation documentationMentor junior engineers and support best practicesManage timelines, resources, and risksWork with suppliers to source components and integrate technologiesUse customer feedback and field data to improve productsQualificationsEngineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)5+ years of product development experience Strong design and problem-solving skillsExperience working with manufacturing teamsProficiency in CAD and product design toolsExperience with testing, validation, and quality processesNice to HaveMaster’s degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodsKnowledge of relevant regulatory standards (FDA/GMP)
