What You’ll Do Lead with Safety First—no exceptions Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for production Follow work instructions and quality standards without shortcuts Run equipment and machinery that keeps our customers supplied Hit daily production goals as part of a tight, dependable team Help us improve—speak up, solve problems, and make the job safer and smarter What You Bring A strong work ethic and the drive to do things the right way Ability to follow instructions and work well with others Machine or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Physical Requirements On your feet and moving throughout the entire shift Able to handle castings of different shapes, sizes, and weights Why BCI?
