Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Cheboygan, MI. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure a high standard of customer service, and lead the team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining inventory and budgets. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with ownership to implement strategies for operational improvement and growth. Qualifications Experience in managing teams, staff training, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate employees.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to create schedules and manage inventory efficiently.Financial management abilities, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.Customer service excellence with a focus on handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction.Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of restaurant or retail operations and adherence to safety and health regulations is a plus.Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality or business management are preferred.
