HVAC Technician 1

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Technician 1 to join our team. This entry-level position serves as a helper to the Lead HVAC Technician, assisting with HVAC system installations, repairs, and routine preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Lead HVAC Technician with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment Prepare tools, materials, and work areas for job sites Load and unload materials and equipment at job locations Follow instructions to support accurate and efficient system installations Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and inspecting equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and company vehicles Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and development Requirements: High school diploma or GED 0–2 years of HVAC experience or relevant technical training Ability to follow directions and work closely with a team Basic understanding of HVAC tools and materials is a plus Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be willing to travel and stay overnight based on program needs Preferred Qualifications: Completion of HVAC technical training or certification program EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain) Benefits: Competitive salary.
