Senior Developer Architect – Vibe Code ReviewerRole SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Developer Architect to serve as a Vibe Code Reviewer, responsible for ensuring that all code progressing to production meets enterprise standards for quality, scalability, security, and responsible AI use.This role acts as a final technical authority and trusted reviewer—validating that solutions are production‑ready, supportable, compliant, and aligned with architectural and ethical standards. The ideal candidate brings deep hands‑on experience across multiple programming languages, enterprise data platforms, and modern analytics/reporting systems, while maintaining a strong appetite for innovation and continuous modernization.Key ResponsibilitiesCode Quality & Production ReadinessReview and assess code written across multiple languages and frameworks to ensure: Maintainability, readability, and test coveragePerformance, scalability, and resilience under enterprise workloadsAdherence to internal coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practicesAct as the final technical sign‑off authority for production releases.Identify technical debt, anti‑patterns, and latent production risks early in the lifecycle.Architecture & Enterprise Data SystemsValidate solution architectures that support enterprise‑grade data ingestion, transformation, storage, and reporting.Review integrations with data warehouses, lakes, BI/reporting tools, and downstream analytics systems.Ensure designs align with enterprise data governance, lineage, and observability requirements.Innovation & Modern Engineering PracticesMaintain a strong innovation mindset, actively evaluating new technologies, tools, and methodologies that can improve: Developer productivityCode quality and maintainabilitySystem scalability and resilienceEncourage thoughtful adoption of modern practices such as: AI‑assisted development Modern data architectures and analytics approachesBalance innovation with pragmatism, ensuring new technologies are introduced responsibly, securely, and with a clear path to supportability.Security, Compliance & Risk ManagementEnforce secure coding practices and validate adherence to: Enterprise security standardsPrivacy and data protection requirementsRegulatory and compliance obligations relevant to the platformPartner with security and compliance teams to remediate vulnerabilities prior to deployment.Responsible AI & Ethical EngineeringReview AI‑ and automation‑enabled code to ensure alignment with Responsible AI principles, including: Transparency and explainabilityBias minimization and fairnessData provenance and consentHuman oversight and accountabilityEnsure AI‑assisted or AI‑generated code is auditable, supportable, and safe to operate in production environments.Deployment & Operational ReadinessValidate CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, rollback plans, and monitoring coverage.Ensure solutions are operationally supportable with clear documentation, logging, alerting, and runbooks.Collaborate with platform, SRE, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions to production.Mentorship & Technical LeadershipProvide constructive feedback and mentorship to Vibe dev producers to elevate code quality and engineering craftsmanship.Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement grounded in production realities.Serve as a trusted advisor on architectural decisions and complex technical trade‑offs.Required QualificationsTechnical & Innovation Expertise10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including time in senior or architect‑level roles.Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as: Python, C#, SQL (or equivalents)Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, evaluate emerging technologies, and apply them thoughtfully within enterprise constraints.Proven experience modernizing legacy systems while ensuring business continuity.Architecture, DevOps & DataDeep experience with: Enterprise data platforms (data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines)Reporting and analytics systemsCloud‑native architectures and servicesStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern deployment practices.Security & Responsible AIWorking knowledge of secure coding standards and enterprise security controls.Clear understanding of Responsible AI principles and ethical software development practices.Preferred QualificationsBackground supporting large‑scale reporting, analytics, or decision‑support systems.Prior experience acting as a formal code reviewer, release gatekeeper, or architecture review board member.Hands‑on experience piloting or operationalizing new technologies and engineering methodologies.Success MeasuresProduction deployments consistently meet quality, security, and compliance standards.Innovation initiatives deliver measurable improvements without increasing operational risk.Reduced post‑release defects, incidents, and rollback events.Engineering teams demonstrate improved code quality, architectural discipline, and modern engineering practices.AI‑enabled solutions are transparent, compliant, and ethically sound.
