Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant position located in Chattanooga, TN. The Legal Assistant will assist attorney in a variety of tasks, including client communications, preparing pleadings and motions, drafting letters, scheduling depositions, ordering medical records and bills, etc.QualificationsExperience as a Legal Assistant in the Personal Injury Litigation FieldProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and strong knowledge of legal terminology and processesStrong Communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, for effective collaboration with clients and team membersDemonstrated Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, scheduling, prioritization, and time managementDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in legal software, case management systems, and standard office toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or paralegal certification or education is a plusUnderstanding of personal injury law and litigation.
