The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise staff during assigned shiftEnsure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may ariseMonitor inventory levels and order supplies as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentTrain new employees and provide ongoing training for current staffEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficientlyPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a supervisory roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds
