Cloud Architect

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Design, implement, optimize, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. Play a critical part in ensuring high availability, security, performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, drive cloud adoption, and proactively address infrastructure challenges. Drive the enterprise technology vision by defining long-term strategic blueprints and engineering standards. Architect and manage core cloud networking components (VPCs, VNets, subnets, transit gateways/peering, firewalls, private links, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, etc.). Support disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity strategies.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. 12+ years of progressive experience in cloud architecture, engineering, and operations, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead Cloud Architect role. Strong experience designing and implementing hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) at enterprise scale. Proven expertise with Generative AI infrastructure, including RAG pipelines, scalable vector databases, and GPU/TPU compute clusters. Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep/ARM, and Ansible.
