Project Execution Manager

Lead with Precision. Power Hilti's Project Success.As a Project Execution Manager, you'll guide engineered solutions from proposal through design, manufacturing, and final delivery. You'll ensure each project meets schedule, budget, and compliance targets, driving a seamless customer experience and upholding Hilti's commitment to excellence.What You'll BringBachelor's Degree required emphasis in Engineering or Construction Management.Minimum four (4) years' experience in engineering, construction management, or related technical field, required.Minimum four (2) years' experience and proven track record in project management required.Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; must be able to organize all projects, track successes, and bring these successes to the next project.Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate complex situations in an easy-to-understand manner.Knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and practices as they relate to Hilti products required.Knowledge of Contract Management and Liability Risk Management.Knowledge of manufacturing practices, discrete manufacturing preferred.Knowledge of pricing strategy, credit terms and profitability.Knowledge of materials management, logistics, & transportation methods.Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, etc.),Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project or similar).Legal NoticeHilti, Inc is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
