Human Resources Business Partner
Tredence is looking for a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization. In this role, you will align HR strategy with business priorities, champion a high-performance culture, and drive meaningful impact across talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This is a high-visibility role with broad ownership and the opportunity to shape how Tredence attracts, develops, and retains top talent.Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that directly support business goals and long-term growth
Analyze HR metrics — including turnover, engagement, productivity, and mobility — to surface insights and guide leadership decision-making
Lead change management initiatives including organizational redesign, capability building, and culture development aligned with Tredence's leadership principles
Act as a coach and trusted resource for employees and managers, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous development
Talent Engagement, Management & Development
Own end-to-end talent processes including onboarding, goal setting, performance and potential management, feedback mechanisms, and career development
Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development to build organizational depth and resilience
Lead talent engagement efforts by capturing employee feedback, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that address retention risks and strengthen team culture
Employee Relations & Culture
Serve as a go-to advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation
Conduct stay and exit interviews, translating findings into targeted retention strategies
Continuously improve HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure consistent adherence to applicable labor laws and company policies across the business unit
Handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, discretion, and legal compliance
Project and Initiatives
Lead and contribute to regional and global HR initiatives in response to evolving business and talent priorities
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a lead HRBP role with independent ownership of a large business unit
At least 5 years of experience in IT services or consulting environments
Demonstrated success leading and supporting enterprise HR initiatives
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or a related field; Master's or MBA in Human Resources strongly preferred
Preferred:
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)- Preferred
Experience with HRIS, HR Analytics, employment law
