Full-Time Nanny for Infant | Long-Term PositionPay: $18.00/hr with eligibility for raises in the futureLocation: San Antonio, TX 78247We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a caring, organized, and dependable nanny to support our family. We have a 5-year-old, 3-year-old, and a 4-month-old, with care primarily focused on our infant while the older children are in school and daycare. Mom serves in the military, and dad works from home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a collaborative and respectful home environment. We’re hoping to find someone who brings a calm, nurturing, and confident presence and has a strong background in infant care.We would love to find a nanny who can support our baby’s early development, help establish and maintain routines, and contribute to a positive, structured, and supportive environment.ScheduleFull-Time | 40 Hours per WeekMonday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMTuesday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PMSaturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PMHours may adjust slightly based on family needs.Start Date: June 15, 2026Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care for one infant Support age-appropriate development and routines Assist with sleep training and introducing solids Bottle preparation and cleaning Children’s laundry (as needed) Light child-related tidying, toy organization, and clean-up Simple meal prep for children Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environmentQualifications Minimum 2 years of infant experience (5+ years preferred) Knowledge of sleep training and infant development CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Organized, proactive, and dependable Strong communication skills Calm, direct, and nurturing approach to careBenefits 10 days paid time off 5 paid sick days Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per weekWhy Work With This Family?This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a family that values structure, communication, and a supportive home environment.
