Job Title: Vein Specialist - MD/DO (No Experience Needed) Job Type: Part-Time / Contract (Full-Time Potential) Locations: Mesa, Litchfield, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Surprise, AZ (Travel between sites as needed) About the Opportunity Join a fast-growing outpatient clinic transforming vein care through innovative, minimally invasive procedures in a patient-friendly setting. We're seeking motivated MDs or DOs with a strong desire to learn. No prior experience in vein care is required-we offer a comprehensive, paid training program with hands-on mentorship from experienced physicians. Your Role As a Vein Specialist, you'll develop procedural expertise in diagnosing and treating chronic venous conditions in a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes both excellent patient care and continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients for venous conditions such as varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiencyPerform minimally invasive, office-based procedures including: Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA)SclerotherapyVenaSealAmbulatory PhlebectomyCollaborate with experienced ultrasound technicians and clinical staffEducate patients on diagnoses and treatment plansAccurately document care using a modern EMR systemReceive mentorship and guidance from a lead physicianQualifications MD or DO with an active (or eligible) license to practice in ArizonaBoard certified or board eligible in any specialty (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, etc.)Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach (Spanish speaking a plus)Detail-oriented with enthusiasm for learning new procedural skillsDedicated to delivering high-quality care in a clinic-based settingNo prior vein experience required-training is providedSchedule & Travel Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMPart-Time Track : 3 days/week shadowing, with future coverage opportunitiesFull-Time Track : 5 days/week rotating between clinic sitesTravel between locations required (mileage reimbursement negotiable post-training)No nights, weekends, or hospital callsBenefits Paid hands-on training and mentorshipMalpractice coverageCME allowance and PTO (available for full-time positions)Health, dental, and vision insurance options (for full-time roles)Performance-based incentivesIf you're interested, please let me know a convenient time to chat, or feel free to contact me directly at or via email at .
