We are looking for a visionary CEO to lead this venture and define a completely new category: Workforce-as-a-Service.Responsibilities and DutiesBuild and scale a platform for deploying robot workers into industrial workflowsDefine the product across robotics, orchestration, and service layersTurn semi-manual processes into automated, repeatable deploymentsLead real-world rollouts in factories and logistics environmentsBuild a team across robotics, AI, operations, and commercialEstablish a scalable business model (subscription / usage-based)Essential Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a CEO, founder, or senior leader in robotics, automation, or industrial technologyStrong understanding of real-world deployments beyond pilot phasesDemonstrated experience combining hardware and software into scalable productsAbility to operate effectively in complex industrial and production environmentsStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesStrategic mindset with hands-on execution abilityPreferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience building or scaling category-defining products or platformsCommercial acumen with a track record of launching new business modelsBackground in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial operationsFamiliarity with robotics deployment at scaleEntrepreneurial mindset with high adaptability in fast-changing environmentsCompany OverviewCreative Dock is a venture builder that creates, launches, and scales new businesses in collaboration with corporates and entrepreneurs.
