Let’s run there.NOTE: This is a ~24-month fixed-term role aligned to the ERP Cloud program, with potential conversion to a regular full-time role based on business needs and performance.Your RoleThe Senior Program Manager - ERP Cloud Implementation is responsible for leading a two-year ERP Cloud Implementation Program delivered through phased releases by connecting workstream-level execution to program-level outcomes and leadership decisions.Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Solutions, this role leads delivery across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and external partners to migrate from the legacy ERP to a cloud ERP platform. You will translate workstream-level realities into clear priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.The role leads Project Managers across workstreams and regions, owns the one integrated program plan (Core ERP and key dependencies, Integrations, Data, Reporting, Change & Training, Cutover & Hypercare), and is accountable for a stable go-live and adoption - connecting detailed plans, risks, and dependencies into clear priorities and actions.ResponsibilitiesProgram Ownership & GovernanceOwn the program charter and success measure with the Director and executive sponsorsRun program governance (SteerCo, workstream and regional forums, decision rights, and escalation paths) to drive alignment, pace, and timely decisionsManage and maintain one integrated program plan and roadmap across all workstreams, releases, and regionsManage program-level scope, schedule, budget, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions)Connect cross-workstream dependencies and trade-offs to protect the program critical path and program objectivesProvide executive reporting that highlights implications, trade-offs, and decisions neededDrive readiness for testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to runLeading Project Managers & Integrated DeliveryLead Project Managers across workstreams and regions; set weekly cadence, quality bar, and expectationsSet ways of working, leveraging standard tools (plans, RAID, status, dependency tracking, change control) so workstream updates roll up cleanly and early signals of risks and program trends are visible.Run PM forums (plan reviews, risk/issue reviews, decision meetings) and drive follow-ups to closureReview and challenge workstream plans; drive re-planning when needed to stay aligned to the integrated planCoach PMs and remove blockers; escalate issues early with the impact and a path forwardIntegrated Planning & Execution Build and maintain the one integrated program plan that connects scope, timeline, and dependencies across:Core ERP configuration and rolloutInter-dependent workstreamsIntegrations (middleware, WMS, PLM, Tax, 3PLs, OMS)Data migration (cleansing, mapping, mock loads, final conversion)Reporting/analytics and financial/statutory outputsChange, training, and communicationsCutover rehearsals, go-live, and hypercareTrack the critical path and key dependencies across workstreams, regions, and systems; surface impacts early and update plans before issues become delaysSet clear review gates and sign-offs to improve quality, reduce rework, and improve predictability of release outcomesStakeholder Management & Business PartnershipServe as the day-to-day program integrator for business leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and CommercialLead decisions on requirements, MVP scope, process standardization, and deployment waves by connecting inputs across functions, regions, and constraintsSet clear expectations on scope, timeline, capacity, and change impacts; document trade-offs and implicationsWrite and present clear updates for senior leaders (status, risks, dependencies, decisions needed), highlighting implications and recommended next steps when trade-offs are requiredChange Management, Training & AdoptionSet the change and adoption approach with the Vendor/SI, HR, and CommunicationsTrack who is impacted by changes (process, roles, and controls) and ensure clear owners are assigned.Plan and oversee training (train-the-trainer, end-user training, job aids, and knowledge base)Track readiness and adoption (testing and training participation, feedback, early issues); translate signals into corrective actions and adjust plans for go-live and hypercareVendor & Partner ManagementLead day-to-day delivery with the ERP vendor, SI, and other partners; drive clarity on scope, ownership, and timing across handoffsDrive early partner engagement and alignment; confirm scope, assumptions, dependencies, and internal approvals before initiating SOWsManage vendor change control (impact assessment, decisions, and change orders)Budget, Capacity & Financial ManagementManage the program budget (services, licenses, internal/contractor resourcing, tools, travel, contingency)Forecast spend monthly; flag variances early, communicate impacts, and drive corrective actionsPlan capacity across teams and vendors; anticipate resourcing gaps early and drive the actions needed to maintain delivery commitmentsRisk, Issue & Compliance ManagementKeep one program RAID log aligned to workstream and regional logsRun risk and issue reviews; identify patterns, surface what’s changing, and escalate items that require leadership decisions with a clear path to closureEnsure adherence to IT controls, InfoSec standards, and data privacy/regulatory requirementsDrive structured cutover strategy (mock cutovers, rollback, contingencies) to protect business continuityTeam Leadership & Ways of WorkingProvide day-to-day leadership to internal and external program teams across functions and regionsClarify roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across workstreams and partnersModel transparent, constructive, and structured ways of working with a focus on continuous improvementProvide input to people managers on performance and development needs of key program contributorsQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience7+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs/projects with increasing responsibility, ideally in CPG or Sporting Goods/Fashion Retail7+ years leading complex ERP implementations or major upgrades, including at least one full lifecycle Cloud ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor Cloud Suites)Proven track record owning cross-functional outcomes across IT and business teamsExperience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and large blended teams (internal, contractor, vendor)Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, Inventory & Supply Planning, Distribution & LogisticsDemonstrated competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholdersSystems Thinking at an enterprise & strategic levelProgram & Portfolio ManagementExecutive Communication & InfluenceAbility to synthesize across workstreams and levels of detail into clear narratives, priorities, and decisionsBusiness & Financial AcumenChange Leadership & CommunicationVendor & Partner ManagementRisk Management & Problem SolvingResilience & AdaptabilityEmotional Intelligence, Critical ThinkingPreferredProfessional certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalentExperience in apparel/footwear, consumer products, or retailExperience launching large, complex, integrated ERP solutionsChange management certification (e.g., Prosci) or substantial large-scale change experienceCompensation: Pay is $65-$95 per hour pending skills and experience.OtherBrooks is proud to offer a robust benefits package to our temporary employees and their families!
