Registered Nurse (Hiring Immediately)

Job Description Must Have Qualifications:Must be a Bachelors Registered Nurse. Preferred applicant has experience with one Year geriatric patient care. Attached Specs read 5 years Exp. Per my conversation with client, one year experiene will suffice. - Plusses: - Day-to-Day Responsibilities: The RN functions as the medical/physical health lead on the Housing Provider Team responsible for assessing class members' service needs currently and upon transition to their supported apartments. The RN assesses plans and evaluates the physical health and medical needs of class members with SMI before transitioning to community and scattered-site housing. Responsible for performing the duties of a Registered Nurse, including completing health assessments, gathering medical records to assess the class member's functional status further, and coordinating services with other health professionals. The position also requires strong writing and computer skills to ensure compliance with funding. The RN reports to the Program Coordinator/Program Director. The position requires working in the field Compensation: Include Hourly Rate or Salary/Bonus Info - This is mandatory in certian locations such as NYC.
