City LauncherThe City Launcher is responsible for building, training, and managing a high-quality workforce and delivering an exceptional customer experience within an assigned region or hub. This role combines recruiting, training, and field operations, with full ownership of local workforce performance and launch success.Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & OnboardingSource, interview, and hire Onsite Support Specialists (OSS) for the assigned region.Ensure candidates meet quality, reliability, and professionalism standards.Manage onboarding and prepare new hires for success from day one.Training & EnablementConduct initial and ongoing training for OSS.Reinforce operational standards, procedures, and customer experience expectations.Ensure team members understand workflows and performance requirements.Field Quality & Performance ManagementCoordinate staffing coverage for customer launches and operational shifts.Evaluate OSS performance during live assignments.Provide coaching and feedback to improve quality and execution.Identify top performers and address performance issues as needed.Market Development & Operational SupportSupport local growth initiatives, including customer outreach, test orders, and partner visits.Serve as the on-the-ground operational representative for the assigned region.Regional OwnershipMaintain a strong and reliable talent pipeline for the hub.Ensure shift coverage, operational readiness, and service quality.Partner with internal operations teams to identify and resolve staffing or performance gaps.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in operations, field management, recruiting, or training.Strong ability to assess talent and identify high and low performers.Comfortable providing direct feedback and coaching.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Willingness to spend significant time in the field.Preferred ExperienceMarketplace operations, gig workforce management, or hospitality.Launching or scaling operations in new markets.Compunnel Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace.
