This role requires a strong product mindset, combining full-stack development with deep involvement in product design and user experience.You will work closely with the founder, interact directly with users, and iterate quickly to build tools that significantly improve recruiter productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Product DevelopmentDesign and build end-to-end product features for the recruiter dashboardDevelop intuitive workflows that simplify candidate submission and pipeline managementImprove recruiter productivity through optimized UX and streamlined data flowsEnhance role discovery, filtering, and candidate tracking featuresBuild and improve pipeline visualization tools such as Kanban-style boards and status indicatorsProduct Innovation & AI IntegrationCollaborate with AI engineers to integrate intelligent product featuresImplement AI-powered summaries, role recommendations, and recruiter insightsDevelop tools that help recruiters evaluate candidate-role fit before submissionGrowth & Product ExperienceSupport growth initiatives across onboarding, activation, and retentionBuild dashboards and product features related to earnings, incentives, and performanceContinuously improve product quality, usability, and performanceWork closely with leadership to balance speed of delivery with long-term product qualityRequirements4+ years of full-stack software engineering experienceExperience building and shipping products end-to-endStrong programming fundamentals and modern web development expertiseStrong product mindset with focus on user experience and business impactAbility to work independently and make product decisions in early-stage environmentsExperience working in fast-paced, product-driven teamsNice to HaveExperience in early-stage startups or founding teamsExperience building CRM platforms, dashboards, or internal toolsExperience in HR tech or recruiting technologyFamiliarity with AI-powered product featuresWhats OfferedCompetitive salary and equity packageOpportunity to join an early engineering team and shape the product from the ground upDirect collaboration with founders and product leadershipHigh ownership and strong career growth potential
