Job DescriptionInterventional CardiologistPosition SummaryA well-established cardiovascular practice is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing, multidisciplinary cardiac team. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient care, and interventional procedures within a comprehensive cardiovascular program that includes advanced clinical services and an active research environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient clinic care, inpatient rounding, and interventional proceduresUtilize advanced cardiac support devices, including Impella, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and temporary pacemakersParticipate in a high-volume interventional practice performing approximately 125–150 diagnostic and interventional procedures per monthSupport and participate in specialized therapies for patients with refractory angina, including Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP)Engage in clinical research and participation in cardiovascular clinical trialsShare call responsibilities equally within the group, including a 1:4 weekend call rotationParticipate in resident and/or trainee education as applicableCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team with dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) supportPractice EnvironmentWell-established cardiovascular practice with multiple regional clinic locationsState-of-the-art diagnostic imaging, catheterization laboratories, and nursing supportDedicated office space located in proximity to the hospitalRobust clinical infrastructure supported by experienced administrative and clinical staffRequirementsCertifications & LicensureBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional CardiologyActive state medical license or eligibility to obtain licensureAHA-approved BLS certificationRequired EducationSuccessful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency programFellowship training in Interventional CardiologyBenefitsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation planComprehensive benefits package, including:Relocation assistancePaid Time Off (vacation, sick, and CME)CME allowanceRetirement plans with employer matchingMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort- and long-term disability coverageProfessional liability insurance with tail coverage
