Outpatient Family Medicine Physician, Board Certified

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician licensed in Missouri (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice and build their own patient panel of 800-900 individuals.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing exceptional, relationship-based care.The practice offers a positive, insurance-free environment with full-time hours Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00, with minimal evening and weekend call.Starting with a base salary of $85,000, compensation increases as the patient panel grows, with potential earnings up to $255,000 annually.Work time and panel size will expand gradually, with benefits including vacation, holidays, medical, dental, retirement, and 401(k) matching.Full benefits are provided, and the position can be full-time or part-time based on the candidate's preference.
