Summary
The Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire the sales team in the Miami Design District store to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets, and maintain high visual and operational standards. This role supports the Store Manager in executing sales strategies, coaching the team, and representing the brand on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by leading by example and providing personalized service to customers
Maintain deep product and trend knowledge to educate customers and team members
Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store targets
