What You’ll Do Assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. Help install electrical panels, circuits, wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches. Assist with whole-home rewiring projects and electrical upgrades. Learn to identify electrical hazards and follow established safety standards. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and company vehicles. Participate in technical training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Follow company procedures while building your knowledge, skills, and confidence in the electrical trade. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of on-the-job electrical experience. A strong willingness to learn and develop your electrical skills. A self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and customer service skills. A commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety.
