In addition, True Zero earned coveted spots on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America in 2022, 2023, and 2025, a testament to our sustained growth driven by our people-first approach and unwavering dedication to excellence.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the Contractor Program Manager and primary management lead for enterprise cybersecurity support activitiesOversee contract execution, staffing, deliverables, schedules, and customer communicationsManage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across task areasCoordinate technical and management activities across multiple cybersecurity functions and stakeholdersLead status reporting, executive briefings, program reviews, and customer-facing meetingsEnsure deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with contract requirementsOversee support for RMF implementation, FISMA reporting, data calls, and related compliance deliverablesCoordinate work across governance and risk management activities, including policy lifecycle, privacy and data governance, training and awareness, security control assessments, continuous monitoring and automation, and audit managementSupport requirement analysis, process control, and program planning activitiesOversee subcontractor and third-party performance where applicableDrive integration across enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology support effortsEnsure program execution supports mission priorities and evolving customer needsJob QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience7–10 years of experience serving as Program Manager on enterprise cybersecurity support government contractsStrong experience managing cybersecurity programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholdersStrong understanding of federal cybersecurity governance, RMF implementation, FISMA reporting, and compliance-driven program executionCore competencies in contracting/procurement, enterprise architecture, organizational awareness, process control, program management, requirement analysis, risk management, strategic planning, systems integration, technology awareness, and third-party oversight/acquisition managementExperience managing delivery in dynamic federal environments with competing priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level briefing experienceAbility to manage staffing, quality, performance, and customer relationships across the contract lifecycleAbility to lead cross-functional teams and ensure consistent execution against contractual objectivesRequired CertificationsPMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)Scrum and KanbanProject Management Professional (PMP)We're actively searching for talented and experienced professionals who are ready to experience the True Zero difference.
