We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Level IILocation(s): McLean, VA - HybridDuration: :8-month assignment with the possibility of extensionJob Summary:Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company. Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment. Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.Key Responsibilities:Lead technology projects with expertise in distributed microservices and full stack systems. Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions. Utilize a variety of programming languages and tools to meet company needs. Required Qualifications:Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Python (ETL, data pipelines, scripting), REST API designFrontend: React, TypeScriptCloud / Infrastructure: AWS (S3, IAM, RDS, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, OpenSearch), Terraform or CDKData: SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Snowflake or Delta Lake a plusDevOps / Delivery: Git, CI/CD pipelines, AgileSoft Skills: Comfortable in regulated environments, cross-team collaboration, ability to ramp quicklyBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree7 years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Spark, Python, Go, or Node.jsExperience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completionAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
