The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns—preferably in the B2B manufacturing sector—and coordinating multiple industry trade shows per year. You will work largely independently while receiving support from the Revenue Operations team.Location: Spencer, MA In-person with some travel to industry eventsKey Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., company website, social media, email etc.) to generate leads and drive brand awareness.Manage content creation for digital platforms and targeted marketing campaignsAnalyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed for optimization.Plan, organize, and exhibit at industry trade shows several times a year, including logistics, booth management, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Stay up to date on trends in digital marketing and industry-specific developments.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns; B2B and manufacturing experience preferred.Experience planning and executing industry trade shows.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media management tools, CRM platforms).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Benefits:Health, dental, vision, disability, life ins, 401(k) plan with match, profit sharing.Why Join Mercury Wire:This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute an impactful multilevel marketing strategy that will be central to Mercury Wire’s growth.
