Role Description We are seeking a full-time Commission Sales Associate to join our team in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This on-site role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Associate will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to provide customized solutions, ensuring customer needs are met. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, conducting market analysis, and representing DEI Power Solutions at industry events. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience in managing client relationships and developing business opportunitiesProficiency in market analysis and understanding customer needsAbility to work collaboratively with internal departments, including engineering and manufacturing teamsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively under pressureKnowledge of low voltage switchgear or related industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not requiredSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
