The Compounder plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate preparation and mixing of raw materials to produce high-quality liquid products that meet all specifications and safety standards.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality who are looking to grow within a stable, well-established manufacturing environment.**Pay:** $20/hr + shift differential ($0.75 for 2nd shift)**Shifts:**+ **1st Shift:** Mondfay- Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM+ **2nd Shift:** Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM**Terms:** Contract to Hire**Key Responsibilities:**+ Accurately weigh and mix raw materials according to established formulas and batch sheets.+ Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain consistency and quality.+ Perform equipment setup, operation, and calibration for each production run.+ Conduct in-process quality checks to verify product integrity and compliance with specifications.+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all cGMP and safety procedures.+ Record production data and batch information accurately for traceability and compliance.+ Assist with inventory control for raw materials and finished products.+ Perform standard cleaning and sanitation of equipment per work instructions.+ Support and help train new Compounders as needed.+ Perform other production-related duties as assigned.**Qualifications****Education:**+ High School Diploma or GED required.+ Coursework or certification in Chemical Technology or a related field preferred.**Experience:**+ 1-3 years of experience in compounding, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing preferred.+ Prior experience in a production or batch processing environment is highly desirable.**Skills & Abilities**+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.+ Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.+ Solid understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures.+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.+ Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, scales, and mixing systems.+ Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.** **_This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
