Retirement Support Specialist

ProService Hawaii is looking for a Retirement Support Specialist to support our retirement benefits team with 401(k) plan administration, client case management, and compliance tasks. This role is the operational backbone of our retirement services — handling the day-to-day transactions and client interactions that keep the plan running accurately and on time.What makes this role challenging is the combination of high accuracy requirements, real client-facing accountability, and a fast-moving queue that doesn't slow down. This role is the perfect fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, responds with urgency, and finds satisfaction in keeping complex processes running smoothly.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILLProcess 401(k) transactions — including deferral changes, contributions, distributions, and loans — with a high degree of accuracy and zero errors Respond to client and employee inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a first response within four hours and case resolution within SLA Maintain complete, timely case documentation and ensure data integrity across databases and case files Audit reports, review billing, and identify discrepancies to support compliance with plan regulations Assist with 401(k) nondiscrimination (NDT) testing and retirement-related projects Manage inbound calls while maintaining strong service levels and a low abandoned call rate What You'll Bring To The TeamWe don't measure candidates by résumé alone. Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service or administrative operations role is required. 401(k) or benefits experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the technical content.
