This position offers a flexible 3-day work week, strong compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to practice independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting with strong clinical support.Position Details:Job Type: PermanentSpecialty: Urgent CareProvider Type: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantSchedule: Full-Time, 3 x 12-hour shifts weeklyLocation: Williamston, NCSetting: Outpatient Urgent CareClinical Responsibilities:Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and episodic conditionsPerform urgent care procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, DOT physicalsOrder, interpret, and review in-house laboratory testing and imaging studiesPrescribe medications and develop treatment plansProvide patient education and follow-up instructionsMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationCollaborate with clinic support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality outcomesPractice Environment:Fully equipped urgent care clinic with on-site diagnosticsExperity EMR systemAverage patient volume of 34 patients per hourStructured clinical onboarding and orientationEstablished workflows and clinical protocolsAccess to clinical leadership and network resourcesPrimary provider on-site during shiftsSchedule:Full-time scheduleThree 12-hour shifts weeklyRotating weekendsNo call responsibilitiesSelf-scheduling system with schedules published in advanceAdditional shifts available with overtime pay after 40 hours weeklyRequirements:Licensed FNP-C or PA-C in North Carolina or eligible for licensureCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications requiredMinimum of 1 year of urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentPatient-centered approach to careCompensation & Benefits:Hourly compensation ranging from $55$70/hour DOEAnnualized compensation approximately $103,000$131,000Productivity incentives available above base compensationPotential sign-on and relocation assistanceMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchHSA with employer contributionCompany-paid malpractice coverageStudent loan repayment assistancePTO and paid holidaysCME allowance and licensure renewal supportFlexible spending options
