Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

DUTIES - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and progress - Provide support and guidance to clients and their families REQUIREMENTS - Registered Behavior Technician certification, required - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred - Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as part of a team - Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques Note: Training will be provided for individuals who do not have previous experience in the field.
