Organization- Hyatt Centric Atlanta BuckheadSummaryThe Hyatt Centric Atlanta Buckhead is seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the oversight of all F&B operations across the property. This leader will play a critical role in elevating the hotel’s dining and beverage experiences, with a strong emphasis on innovation, revenue growth, and brand presence.This position is ideal for a forward-thinking F&B professional who thrives on creativity and collaboration. The Assistant Director will partner closely with Culinary, Sales, Rooms and other hotel leadership roles to develop and execute both short-term and long-term strategies that enhance outlet performance, drive F&B revenue, and position the hotel as a premier dining destination in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport overall leadership and operational oversight of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet operationsIdentify and implement creative programming, activations, and experiences that elevate outlet visibility and drive top-line revenueCollaborate with Culinary and Marketing leadership members to develop strategic initiatives that increase outlet captureAnalyze performance metrics and market trends to inform innovative revenue-generating strategiesLead and support cross-functional initiatives that align F&B operations with broader hotel goals and brand standardsFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence across all F&B teamsOversee and enhance guest experience standards through training, coaching, and consistent executionPartner in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize profitabilityEnsure all outlets maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service in alignment with Hyatt brand expectationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction QualificationsProven track record of leading collaborative F&B teams that resulted in increased revenue and improved outlet performanceDemonstrated ability to develop and execute creative programming that attracts guests and enhances venue appealExperience in a multi-venue environment, with responsibility for strategic planning and operational oversightStrong background in elevating the guest experience through training, service standards, and team accountabilityAbility to partner effectively with Culinary, Sales, and other departments to drive both short-term wins and long-term growthStrategic mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach to revenue generationExperience implementing new food & Beverage conceptsMinimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operationsExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPassion for hospitality, innovation, and creating memorable guest experiences
