You will grow to own the full lifecycle of dLogos marketing campaigns where you will contribute to and transform high-context strategic input into crisp GTM plans for petition and product launches, coordinate many types of content creation and work with our engineers and sales team to execute targeted outreach to key nodes across our network.What You'll DoDesign and execute GTM plans, especially for product launches and across the petition lifecycle from pre-launch through retrospectiveCoordinate with creators and key partners across Notion, Airtable, Canva, Telegram and more to keep content flowing and on-timeCreate some content yourself to GSD when neededWrite and send compelling, context-rich outreach to speakers, amplifiers and other key nodesExecute experiments, Track KPIs, optimize campaigns and evolve playbooks leveraging cutting edge AI tools to amplify your and our team's workflowsWho You AreScrappy, resourceful, AI-native builder who is comfortable being autonomous and wearing multiple hats in growth/marketing/operationsSystems thinker who builds repeatable structuresEnergized by in-person collaborationStory-driven marketer fluent across platforms (X, YouTube, LinkedIn, email)Proactive operator who thrives in ambiguity and high-context environmentsNice to HaveExperience with narrative strategy or social-first campaignsGenuine interest in improving cultural discourseA healthy streak of disagreeableness we value principled dissent as well as open-mindedness and intellectual humility
