We are seeking a candidate skilled in data visualization and basic analysis to assist the team with accurate analysis and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill stakeholder's needs and facilitate data driven decisionsPlease Note:This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph.Responsibilities and DutiesUtilize SQL Developer and Python programing languages to extract and transform talent data including the implementation of business rules for how the data needs to be prepared for analyticsUse advanced analytics (e.g., AI/ML) in order to respond to complex talent questions, especially as they relate to language and learningUtilize data visualization tools and dashboards to appropriately convey data and respond to leadership requestsDevelop user-friendly, easy to understand reports (e.g., graphs, charts, briefing slides) for clients to meet business needsCreate, enhance, and maintain data visualizations using Tableau and other tools. (This includes dashboards.)Assist in the collection of data from a variety of sources and understand the relationship between data setsProvide accurate analyses and resultsEvaluate the use of Al models (e.g., Large Language Models), propose improvements, and identify new models for use in responding to learning and language needsConsult with clients to clarify the question they are trying to answer and their analytic needsReview data, analytics, and reports for accuracy and integrity.
