Operations Associate

Bay Area based investment firm seeks an Operations Associate to support the Finance Head with daily investment operations and administrative duties including downloading investor statements from the various investment portals and uploading to tax portals, matching to checklists, etc. This role will work onsite 3-4 days per week and have the opportunity to help organize and create new processes to further automate. Requirements: 3+ years experience in operations/accounting role at an investment firm. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Prior experience at an investment firm on the operations side is required. Prior experience pulling investor statements from investment portals is required. Strong Excel and organizational skills.
