Human Resources Generalist
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior union experience required.
Must be bilingual. (Spanish, English).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
SHRM-CP a plus not mandatory.
Experience with HCM implementation desired but not mandatory.

Pay: $63,226.00 - $66,213.00 per year
