Quick Servant has three locations in the tri-state area with the main office being located in Columbia, MD.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Field Installation Supervisor to lead HVAC and refrigeration installation crews. This role requires strong leadership, project management experience, and solid mechanical knowledge to ensure safe, high-quality installations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and mentor Refrigeration and HVAC installation teamAssign daily tasks and manage schedules to meet project timelinesConduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, code, and safety complianceProvide technical troubleshooting support for complex installationsEnforce OSHA safety standards and PPE usageCoordinate materials, equipment, and job-site logisticsCommunicate with customers, technicians, and managementReview technician timecards and job documentation Required Qualifications5+ years of onsite project management, working with and supervising people5+ years of Refrigeration and HVAC installation/service experience.
