Associate AttorneySeeking a Associate Attorney with strong litigation, federal court, research, writing, and discovery experience to handle high-stakes plaintiffs'-side class actions involving data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust.We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join a plaintiffs'-side class action firm handling high-stakes matters nationwide, primarily involving data privacy, consumer protection, and antitrust. The ideal candidate will have strong federal litigation, research, writing, and discovery skills and be ready to take ownership of substantive casework.ResponsibilitiesHandle class action and complex litigation matters from case development through resolution.Conduct extensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal research tools.Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other persuasive legal documents.Handle and assist with written discovery, particularly in complex federal cases.Participate in meet-and-confers with opposing counsel.Take and defend depositions.Prepare for and attend court appearances and hearings.Develop case strategy and maintain detailed knowledge of assigned collaboratively with attorneys and take ownership of substantive assignments.Analyze complex legal issues and exercise sound judgment in research and case years of litigation experience; federal court experience preferred.Experience with complex litigation, class actions, or plaintiffs'-side litigation is a plus.Strong legal research and writing skills.Experience with written discovery preferred.Interest in depositions, meet-and-confers, and courtroom appearances.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, predominantly remote environment.Active bar admission in any U.S. sample required with application.
