This role is critical to the day-to-day effectiveness of our leadership team. You will act as a trusted partner, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless operations across scheduling, communications, and executive initiatives.What You'll Get To DoManage complex and dynamic calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflictsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, scheduling details, and expense reconciliationServe as a gatekeeper for the C-level leadership's time, ensuring focus on highest-impact prioritiesSupport meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, note-taking, and follow-ups on action itemsDraft and manage communications on behalf of the C-level leadership, including emails and internal updatesPartner cross-functionally with leadership and other stakeholders to drive alignment and executionPlan and coordinate executive meetings, events, and offsitesMaintain confidential files, documents, and records with a high level of discretionAnticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and improve administrative processes for efficiencySupport special projects and initiatives as neededWhat You Have5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite levelStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion with confidential informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office toolsAbility to work onsite in Irvine, CA, five days per weekThe Extras That Set You ApartExperience supporting a C-level leadership directlyBackground in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating across global teams and time zonesProactive, resourceful, and highly self-directed working styleCompensation and BenefitsOur salary range is highly competitive with the market, but we take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary; base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Why Join Field AI?We are solving one of the world's most complex challenges: deploying robots in unstructured, previously unknown environments.
