What We Offer: - Competitive Pay: \$45.00 -\$52.00/ hr (based on years of experience) - Weekly pay - Exceptionalmedical, dental, vision and other optional benefits - 403B RetirementPlan - Generous PTO package - Growth and career advancementopportunities - Additional Benefits: Voluntary life and disabilityinsurance, HRA Job responsibilities: - Ensures accurate MDS completionin accordance with state and federal regulations. - Review Medicarecharts to determine coverage, communication on aspects of care to stafffor documentation. - Conduct team meetings to discuss care planning. -Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, orother insurance providers. - Do PRI\'s when requested. - Provide PENTherapy usage forms monthly and certifications as required forgastrostomy feedings. - Monitor necessary documentation for bed use. -Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.Qualifications/ requirements: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license inthe state of Massachusetts - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) inthe state of Massachusetts - Prior MDS experience in a Skilled Nursinghome or Long-Term care preferred Education Required Associates or betterin Nursing.
