Manufacturing Machine Operator (Folder/Gluer) - 12 Hour Days (7am - 7pm)

DescriptionPAC is hiring experienced Machine Operators to run ECO Solo Folder/Gluer machines in a fast-moving, high-energy packaging operation. If you take pride in your work, communicate well across shifts, and want to be part of a crew that looks out for each other, this one’s for you!The ShiftDay Shift. 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMRotating schedule. 2-2-312-hour shiftsThe Pay$22.75 per hourConsistent schedules.What You’ll DoYou’ll own the machine and the results.Run and control the **folder/gluer operation** from setup to shutdownManage **output, quality, and efficiency**Perform efficient setups and changeoversRead and follow work orders and special instructionsMonitor finished goods quality and make real-time adjustmentsCommunicate issues clearly to supervisors and support teamsEnter safety, maintenance, quality, or planning requests as neededPerform operator-level preventive maintenance and machine cleaningComplete accurate scanning and product labelingParticipate in proper **shift handoff**, sharing what worked and what didn’tMaintain strong housekeeping standards during downtime and end of shiftSuggest improvements to keep the machine running at optimal speedsThis is not a “push buttons and walk away” role. We’re looking for operators who take the lead.What We’re Looking For2+ years of machine operation experienceFolder/Gluer experience strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read work instructions, safety rules, and measurementsComfortable with basic math and production calculationsAble to use computers, handheld devices, and basic data entryMicrosoft Excel knowledge is a plusStrong attendance and reliabilityWillingness to help cover shifts when neededClear communication skills and a team mindsetPhysical & Work EnvironmentStanding for 8–12 hour shiftsFrequent bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneelingRegular lifting up to 50 lbs floor to waistOccasional lifting up to 20 lbs overheadIndoor manufacturing environment.
