What you’ll do:
Actively participates in special projects or deliverables assigned by management to analyze project inventory to identify trends and provide suggested performance improvement measures and resolution steps
Identifies systemic issues impeding account resolution and recommends solutions for change
Suggests performance improvement measures and evaluates their effectiveness against pre-determined objectives
Exemplifies extensive knowledge of the hospital revenue cycle with specialization in hospital billing, follow-up, and the account resolution process to include, but not limited to: claims submission, acceptance, and adjudication, transaction reviews, adjustment posting, identification of patient responsibility, etc.
Possesses considerable leadership skills, fostering an atmosphere of trust; seeks diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
Possesses ability to professionally communicate (in all forms) with payer and client resources such as: on-site visits, website, e-mail, telephone, customer service departments.
What you’ll need:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related field, Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent combination of education and/or work experience may be considered
Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years in a hospital healthcare setting in an analysis capacity for accounts receivable management
Required experience with Excel and Pivot Tables
