Job Title: UAT Tester Advanced (>6 years)Location: Wilmington, DEDuration: Contract, 12 monthsJob DescriptionWe are seeking a UAT Tester Advanced to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user acceptance testing, defect management, and test documentation and a proven ability to plan, execute, and report UAT outcomes that enable informed go-live decisions.Responsibilities:Perform User Acceptance Testing across in-scope applications.Communicate test results, risks, and readiness status to stakeholders.Document test case execution expected and actual results, and defects in detail.Develop, revise, and maintain UAT test cases and test data for all in-scope applications.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficiency with test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication for test result reporting.6+ years of hands-on UAT or QA experience in enterprise environments.Preferred Skills:Experience with test management tools and defect tracking platforms.Background in Agile or hybrid delivery with UAT planning and readiness metrics.
