Join Our Team as a Night Pharmacist Job Description - Embrace an exciting opportunity to impact the lives of patients of all ages while ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents. - Collaborate with Physicians on drug therapies and dosing to enhance patient care. - Educate nursing staff, patients, and physicians about medications and medication safety initiatives. - Manage patient profiles, report adverse drug reactions, and ensure medication safety. - Prepare IV admixtures and nutritional supplements with precision and care. - Oversee narcotic accountability and adherence to all state/federal laws, DEA regulations, TJC Standards, and hospital policies.
