Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney – Hybrid (New York)A well-regarded New York law firm is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its growing private client practice. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters within a collaborative, client-focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on advanced estate planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and tax-efficient wealth transfer planning.Oversee complex estate and trust administration matters, including probate and fiduciary proceedings.Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Provide counsel on federal and New York estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.Partner with clients, financial advisors, and accounThe annual salary for this position is between $170,000 - $250,000.
