You're choosing to be part of a team where values guide our work, people come first, and relationships are built to last.What You'll DoLead and manage the total construction operationsEnsure that all health and safety project plans are implementedTrack the project spending and budgets (materials and labor)Lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performanceLiaise with external agents and inspectors and meet required standards in terms of licenses, safety and any other obligationsWork collaboratively with management, keeping them informed of progress and summarizing information and trendsManage all subcontractor relationshipsMeet and enforce all safety rules and regulationsProvide input and assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual schedulingMentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BOND's valuesWhat You BringBS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction IndustryRequires exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationshipsBuilder's License and Construction Supervisor credentialsPossesses extensive knowledge of the Owner Contract, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigationExhibits a thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices including issues such as complicated earth retention systems, foundations, support of adjacent structures and winter workDemonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project planMust be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverablesMust have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)BenefitsBOND offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution, paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and access to additional voluntary benefits.The expected salary range for this role is $155,000 to $220,000 per year.
