You will provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care in a collaborative, high-volume practice while benefiting from direct mentorship and immediate patient volume.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive medical and surgical eye care, including cataract surgery, refractive procedures (LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO ICL), corneal management, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and other ocular conditionsPerform or assist with advanced procedures such as laser-assisted cataract surgery, corneal cross-linking, and aesthetic treatments if interestedProvide pre- and post-operative care with a strong focus on exceptional patient experience and outcomesCollaborate with experienced leadership on complex cases and contribute to practice growth through high-quality care and community engagementParticipate in the continued development of the clinic’s clinical and surgical servicesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, rapidly expanding ophthalmology practice where you can practice at a high level, receive strong mentorship, achieve significant earning potential, and grow professionally in a supportive, family-like team environment with excellent work-life balance.
