The team members of Beer Capitol Distributing are committed, innovative leaders of the malt beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.The 1st Shift Warehouse Picking position is responsible for using the voice pick system to build pallets by picking cases of product quickly, accurately, and safely.Compensation $22.50 plus incentives.Schedule Our 3rd shift warehouse employees work 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday, starting at 8pm until approximately 6am.RequirementsResponsibilities:Accurately locating and picking beer products for ordersBuilding correct pallet orders with picked beer productsUse voice picking program to ensure speed and accuracy when picking beer productsDrive riding pallet jacks and forklifts consistently throughout shiftKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExperience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work with minimal supervision; self-motivatedStrong attention to detail and problem solvingPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 45 pounds on a consistent basis and up to 175 pounds on an occasional basisAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to reach, bend, walk, stoop, squat, kneel, and crouchWe offer a professional, safe and friendly work environment as well as a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay structure.Frank Beverage Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.Salary Description$22.50 per hour
