This account serves one primary customer, which means predictable routing, familiar freight, and fewer disruptions to your schedule. This position is open to drivers of all experience levels. Experienced drivers will appreciate the stability and weekly resets, while new CDL holders can take advantage of paid mentor training designed to help them transition safely into solo driving. Running Area & Freight Drivers operate a defined South Central regional footprint, running primarily through Mississippi and surrounding central states. This is not an all-48-states operation. All freight originates from Mississippi-based pickups, keeping routes consistent and manageable. Drivers typically run 300–500 miles per day, handling 1–2 loads daily. Freight consists of dry goods hauled in 53-foot dry van trailers. All freight is no touch, with approximately 35% live unloading at delivery and the remainder designed to keep drivers moving efficiently. Daily routes usually fall within 10–12 hour shifts, followed by a minimum 10-hour break, in full compliance with DOT regulations. Home Time All drivers on this account are home weekly for their reset. Weekly home time is built into the schedule so drivers can plan ahead and maintain balance outside the truck. Reset length typically ranges from 34–48 hours, depending on routing and lane flow. Drivers are assigned their own truck after orientation and may take the truck home, provided they have secure, approved parking. Pay & Earnings Drivers on this account average $1,250–$1,500 per week, depending on miles and experience. CPM can reach up to $0.65, based on verified driving history. Additional compensation may be available for stop pay, layovers, and detention when applicable. Pay is issued weekly as W-2 employment, with direct deposit available. New Driver Training Available Drivers with no prior over-the-road experience are welcome to apply. New CDL holders must have a valid Class A CDL and medical card. New drivers will complete paid mentor training, running alongside an experienced driver to learn route management, backing, trip planning, customer procedures, and DOT compliance. Training ensures drivers are fully prepared before transitioning to solo operations. Once training is completed, drivers move into standard CPM pay and are assigned their own equipment. Equipment & Support Drivers operate clean, newer trucks, with automatic transmission options available. Drivers are expected to operate safely, maintain accurate logs, comply with DOT regulations, and represent the company professionally at customer locations.
