Ensures projects remain on time/within budget, certifies project goals and success markers are met. This position collaborates with project teams, functional owners, and project sponsors supporting and executing the full project life cycle to achieve specific business outcomes.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartners with key business, technology and operations stakeholders to successfully implement the bank's transformation goalsUtilizes transformation organization's framework to plan, execute and transition delivery of simple – intermediate transformation programs or threads on complex programsDevelops and manages overall project plans to ensure transformation status and identify risks to successSupports transformation managers on delivery of enterprise programsWorks independently to draft project deliverables for review with Transformation ManagersMaintains ownership during all phases of a program to ensure deliverables are executed according to plansSolicits feedback from supervisor/manager prior to finalizing project related deliverablesProvides project and program status reportingThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. RequirementsMaster's of Business Administration and four (4) years of transformation or project management experienceOr Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and four (4) years of directly related experience in business transformation at a top tier consulting firm, e.g. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, E&YOr Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and six (6) years of transformation or project management experiencePreferencesExperience at a top 5 consulting firm is highly valued and may substitute two of the eight years for traditional transformation experience due to the depth, scale, and strategic impact of work performed in these environmentsProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationOne (1) year of banking or financial services experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAgile methodologies / Ability to adaptCommunication / Interpersonal skillsDetailed project planning / Task managementExperience supporting requirements, process/procedure developmentOrganizational Change ManagementOrganized/Detail orientedProject Management experience Project status reportingRAID Oversight (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions)Testing support experience (UAT)Training oversight for changesPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
