Portfolio Analytics Analyst Data-Driven Strategy & AI

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to drive data-driven portfolio decisions by connecting Global Product Brand Teams with regional planning and commercial functions. You will own PMR analytics, develop KPI views, and translate data into executive-ready insights. You will analyze performance across brands, regions, and planning horizons, build dashboards, and support cross-functional improvements within the S&OP process, including responsible AI-assisted workflows.
